  11. I'm interested in buying MS VC++ 4.1.
  12. I do not have a previous version.
  13. Do I have to first buy MS VC++ 4.0,
  14. then buy the subscription to get version 4.1?
  15. Or, can I just buy version 4.1 and save myself
  16. some money.  As a student, the subscription
  17. would nearly double the price.  BC++ would
  18. be less expensive, but I don't know if it includes
  19. the OpenGL libraries and documentation I need.
